Our client, who works in the Civil Construction space, is seeking a Small Tools Hire Manager.  If you have a passion for customer service, hands-on experience maintaining equipment and/or small tools, and a knack for managing operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the small tools hire across multiple sites and crews
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained, organised, and ready for site (work on the ground servicing & completing minor repairs)
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and the efficient dispatch and return of equipment

• Experience in equipment hire, small tools, or related industries
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organisational skills and an eye for detail
