About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Member Compliance Officer to uphold commitment to compliance and ethical standards. This critical role involves investigating policy breaches and fraud, and fostering a culture of compliance through education and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Compliance & Investigation

Ensure compliance with our clients Terms and Conditions and relevant regulations.
Conduct thorough investigations of potential violations, fraud, or breaches.
Proactively monitor the marketplace for any potential non-compliance. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Compliance Education & Training

Develop and deliver educational programs on compliance and ethical practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Member Terms and Conditions.
Implement ongoing awareness initiatives and customised training for departments.
Update training materials and provide regular compliance updates to staff.

Continuous Improvement & Policy Development

Review and enhance compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and apply them to policies.
Evaluate and refine the effectiveness of compliance education programmes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a collaborative approach.
Provide guidance and support to staff regarding compliance matters.
Work closely with management on policy and compensation plan reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law preferred.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and legal terminology.
Strong analytical, investigative, and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with social media and relevant digital platforms.
Experience in Direct Selling or Franchise industry preferred.
