About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on an ongoing maintenance contract at a mine site in Blackwater, QLD.  This is a Monday to Friday role, and the successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Supervisors and the Contract Manager. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• Collate timesheets and data for payroll processing
• Compile and present different forms of data
• Purchasing and accounts receivable
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining compliance of equipment
• Onboard new personnel
• Draft communications and documents
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress claims
• Manage accommodation processes
• Manage employee rosters

  
Required Skills and Attributes

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable (desirable)
• High level of computer literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Open drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Coal Board Medical (desirable)
• Standard 11 (desirable)
• Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
