Village Staffing is working with a lovely family in Gramercy seeking an experienced, loving, and professional full-time Nanny for their 3-month-old baby.
This is a year-round, NYC-based position with occasional domestic and international travel, typically no longer than 10 days at a time.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has extensive, recent infant experience working in private homes
• Is sweet, loving, patient, well-spoken, and professional
• Is seasoned, proactive, organized, and takes initiative
• Works well with hands-on parents who work from home
• Has longevity in previous positions and excellent verifiable references
• Holds a valid U.S. passport and is comfortable traveling
• Is comfortable carrying a stroller up and down a few stairs
Responsibilities include:
• Providing loving, attentive care for the baby
• Supporting developmental milestones and daily routines
• Baby-related housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Working collaboratively with Mom, who enjoys being involved throughout the day
Bonus: Someone who genuinely enjoys cooking for the family would be wonderful, but this is not required!
Compensation & Benefits:
• $40–$45/hour, depending on experience
• W-2 employment
