We are working with a lovely New York City–based family with three children under the age of three seeking an experienced Rotational Nanny for a long-term position.
Schedule: Two weeks on / Two weeks off, including overnight coverage as needed
Compensation: Approximately $140,000 + annually + benefits
This is a busy, hands-on household, and the ideal candidate must have previous rotational nanny experience and overnight infant experience. Experience caring for multiple children under three is essential.
We are looking for someone who is:
• EXPERIENCED WITH ROTA SCHEDULE
• Kind, loving, polite, and an excellent communicator
• Active, energetic, fun, and engaging
• Comfortable navigating stairs and strollers with young children
• Experienced working alongside a hands-on, stay-at-home mom
• Collaborative and comfortable working with another long-term nanny and household staff
• Tidy, organized, punctual, discreet, and proactive
• Confident setting appropriate boundaries while remaining warm and nurturing
• A strong swimmer
• Available to travel with the family to Miami and the Hamptons for several weeks during the winter and summer
The family is looking for someone who truly understands the demands of caring for three very young children, takes initiative, asks questions, and is looking for longevity in their next position.
