Full-Time Nanny Needed | Chelsea, NYC + Summer in Brookville, NY | Start June 2026
A warm and busy family based in Chelsea, NYC is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dependable nanny to begin in early June 2026. The role supports three children, ages 11, 8, and 5, and requires a confident driver who enjoys staying ahead of household and children’s needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career nanny who thrives in a structured but flexible role and enjoys working collaboratively with another nanny.
  

• School Year: Chelsea, NYC
• Summers: Brookville, NY

  
  
School Year (September–June):   

• Monday–Friday
• Approximately 1:PM – 7:00 PM, with additional hours for approx 1-2 evenings babysitting
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week guaranteed year round (on the books)
• Flexibility for rare overnights appreciated (at $140 per overnight stay)

  
Summer Schedule (late June - late August, Brookville, NY):
  

• Monday–Friday, live in (own room)
• Approximately 6:00AM - 9:15AM, 2:30PM - 4PM

  
The position allows for daytime flexibility during the school year (candidate may go to the gym or manage personal commitments before afternoon start and once shift ends).
  
Compensation   
  

• $35 per hour
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Payroll position

  
  
Responsibilities   
  

• School pick-ups and driving to after-school activities
• Supporting homework routines
• Assisting with dinner and bath time (alongside another nanny)
• Proactively managing children’s organization and inventory (closets, seasonal clothing updates, gear rotation)
• Running family errands 
• Administrative support for household needs (grocery order, tracking school calendar obligations, doctors' appointments)
