We are working with a lovely, warm family based in San Antonio, Texas, who also spends extended time in Miami, Florida, seeking a full-time nanny for their two active toddler boys.
Position Overview
The family ideally prefers a live-in nanny, though they are open to live-out in San Antonio if the candidate is flexible with overnights when one parent travels (which occurs frequently during the week).
This is a wonderful opportunity for an energetic, intuitive, and proactive nanny who genuinely enjoys staying active and engaged with toddlers.
Daily Responsibilities
• 7:00 AM start: Morning routine (getting children dressed, fed, and ready for school)
• School drop-off and pick-up
• Tidying and organization related to the children
• Errands and grocery shopping as needed
• Children’s meal prep
• After-school activities and bedtime routine
• Overnight care when a parent is traveling
There will be downtime during school hours to assist with organization, children’s laundry, and household support related to the boys.
Ideal Candidate
• Experienced with toddlers and high-energy households
• Warm, loving, and active
• Drives confidently
• Takes direction well but also takes initiative
• Organized and intuitive to family preferences
• Open to domestic and international travel (including summers in Miami)
• Seeking a long-term position
• Extensive childcare experience with verifiable references
• Comfortable undergoing a comprehensive background check
Schedule
• 5 days on / 2 days off
• Open to Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• An additional nanny will provide coverage on off days
Compensation
• Starting salary: Approximately $100,000+ annually
