Executive Housekeeper – High-Profile NYC Family | Full-Time | $55–$60/Hour + Full Benefits A high-profile New York City family is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their established domestic team. This is a full-time, five-day schedule that includes both weekend days, with flexibility for long hours and paid overtime. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in formal, high-profile NYC homes and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented household environment.
This is a lifestyle position, requiring flexibility for weekends, holidays, and consistent team communication to ensure a seamless, white-glove experience for the family.
Compensation & Benefits

• $55–$60 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime paid
• Full benefits package
• Five-day workweek (includes both weekend days)
• Days off scheduled during the week

Key Responsibilities Executive Housekeeping & Household Operations

• Oversee and execute all daily housekeeping operations for a large, formal residence
• Deep cleaning using organic, non-toxic products
• Expert care of fine linens, couture clothing, and delicate fabrics
• Maintain immaculate organization and presentation throughout the home
• Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless daily operations

Team Leadership

• Step in to manage household operations when the Chief of Staff and Chef are off:
  
  • Sundays (Fall–Spring)
  • Mondays/Tuesdays (Summer)
• Maintain excellent communication with staff via frequent group messaging and daily updates
• Ensure continuity of service and elevated household standards at all times

Culinary & Event Support

• Work alongside the private chef as a sous chef for dinner parties and events
• Prepare light meals when the chef is off
• Cook for children as needed
• Shop at high-end retailers and specialty grocery stores

Additional Responsibilities

• Run errands and household shopping
• Must drive and hold a valid driver’s license
• Occasionally step in to provide nanny support as needed
• Available to work holidays

• Significant experience in a high-profile NYC household
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a domestic staff team
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays
• High energy with a professional, discreet, and understated demeanor
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort managing high-volume daily texts
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills
