A warm, private family is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny to provide attentive, loving care for their 3 month-old child. This is a childcare-first role, ideal for a calm, confident, and proactive professional who enjoys becoming a trusted, long-term presence in a family’s life.
While the position is structured as full-time to attract top candidates, hours may start lighter and increase as needs grow. Flexibility is key.
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Starting at $125,000+ depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, three weeks paid vacation & 10 sick / personal days.
Responsibilities
•Primary childcare and daily routines
•Engaging, age-appropriate activities and developmental support
•Light child-related household help (tidying toys, organizing, grocery runs, dry cleaning pick-up)
•Occasional travel with family
Qualifications
•Authorized to work in the U.S.
•Professional infantry nanny or childcare experience required
•Warm, calm, and confident personality
•Flexible schedule and adaptable mindset
•Travel-ready
•Fluency in English required.
