Full-Time Nanny Needed — Woodland Hills, CA (Live-Out, Local Candidates Only)
A wonderful family in Woodland Hills, California is seeking a full-time, live-out Nanny to care for their two toddlers (girls), with a new baby arriving in May. The family is looking for a warm, loving, energetic, and highly dependable candidate who has a history of long-term nanny roles and thrives in a team environment with hands-on parents.
Schedule & Availability

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• Schedule varies week to week — must be comfortable with:

◦ Typical days (e.g., 9am–5pm)
◦ Occasional late shifts (e.g., 12pm–12am)
◦ Occasional overnights

• Occasional weekend help may be requested
• Parents both work from home and run their own businesses, so flexibility is key

Compensation & Benefits
• $35/hr to start
• $40/hr once the new baby arrives

• W2 position, paid every two weeks
• Paid time off, sick days, major holidays off
• Overtime paid for hours over 40
• No pets in the home

Requirements

• Local candidate within commuting distance of Woodland Hills
• Minimum 5 years full-time nanny experience
• Experience with multiple children, toddlers, and ideally newborns
• Must drive and have reliable transportation
• U.S. Passport or Green Card (for travel)
• Comfortable with occasional international travel (1x per year preferred, not required)
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to work well with parents at home
• Seeking someone looking for longevity and long-term placement
• TrustLine certified or willing to become certified
• Willing to undergo an extensive background check and sign an NDA
• References required prior to interview

• A second nanny will be hired once the baby arrives
