Executive Housekeeper – Boca Raton, FL
Full-Time | $35–$40/hour | 40–50 hours/week | PTO after 90 days

A wonderful family relocating from Connecticut to Miami Beach is seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper to join their household long-term. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, reliable, and highly experienced in maintaining pristine, well-organized homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:   
  

• Perform detailed daily cleaning and regular deep cleaning throughout the home
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including large closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces
• Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, and delicate materials
• Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization, including seasonal closet changes
• Keep household supplies stocked and organized
• Maintain a tidy, pet-friendly environment (small dogs in the home)
• Support the family with organization projects and general household upkeep

  
  
  
What We’re Looking For:   
  

• At least 7-10 years of experience as a housekeeper or executive housekeeper in a private home
• Strong knowledge of cleaning best practices and caring for luxury materials
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working around older children and pets
• Dependable, professional, and looking for a long-term position with a respectful family
• Familiarity with formal households and discretion when working with high-profile clients

  
  
Schedule: 40–50 hours per week (flexibility required)
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: PTO offered after 90 days
