Full-Time Executive Housekeeper (Immediate Start)
Location: Miami, Florida
Schedule: 5 days per week (Friday–Tuesday) during the school year; 4 days per week during summer months (can have weekends off, plus one additional day off during the week).
Compensation: $30-35 DOE
Start Date: Immediate

A private family in Miami, FL is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to maintain their 15,000 sq. ft. residence to a five-star, hotel-level standard. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of organization, discretion, and pride in their work, ensuring the home is pristine, well-maintained, and running smoothly year-round.

Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Maintenance:

• Maintain all interior spaces of a 15,000 sq. ft. residence with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, polishing, mopping, and sanitizing high-traffic areas
• Deep clean on rotation (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and formal spaces)
• Care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, marble, and other high-end finishes using appropriate cleaning methods and products
• Manage household laundry including linens, towels, and delicate garments; handle wardrobe care and ironing when needed
• Maintain an immaculate kitchen and pantry, ensuring all appliances and surfaces are spotless
• Restock household items and cleaning supplies, maintaining accurate inventory

Household Support:

• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and other household employees as needed
• Prepare guest rooms and maintain a “hotel-ready” standard at all times
• Support family and guests with meal setup, light serving, and general assistance
• Handle special projects such as seasonal closet organization, packing/unpacking for travel, and household refreshes

Schedule & Flexibility:

• School Year: 5 days per week, Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday off), with weekend availability required.
• Summer Months: 4 days per week, with weekends and one weekday off (schedule coordinated in advance), and shorter workdays.
• Must be willing to work on Memorial Day, Labor Day and ideally Thanksgiving as well
• Christmas and New Years are work holidays
• Flexibility to adjust hours and duties based on family schedule or special events

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-time housekeeper in a large, luxury residence or five-star hospitality setting
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times (NDA required)
• Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and care for fine materials
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English or Spanish
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
