Parts Interpreter/ Customer Service - Woodridge | Up to $75,000 - $80,000 + Super | Permanent Full-Time Role

About the Role:
This is a customer-facing role where your automotive knowledge, communication skills and ability to solve problems will make a real difference. You’ll be joining an established Australian automotive business with a strong focus on quality products, reliable service and long-term customer relationships.

As part of the customer service team, you’ll handle inbound enquiries, process orders, provide product and technical information, and work closely with customers and internal teams to keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Accurately interpreting and processing customer orders for parts and accessories
• Processing online trade orders
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
• Building and developing customer rapport and assisting customers with their enquiries
• Proactively and positively communicating with customers with regards to delays or issues that may arise and effectively resolve customer complaints.

Shift: Permanent Full-Time Role | Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week 

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Experience within the automotive or parts sector
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and their applications
• Responding to customer enquiries through email, telephone and online enquiries
• Intermediate MS office suite and ERP skills – Pronto, SAP or similar
• A strong customer service ethic
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with well-developed communication skills, to be flexible and empathetic in their approach
