Transport Supervisor (AM Carole Park) – Transport & Logistics | Great Salaries!| Full Time - Onsite
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Transport Supervisor to join their team at Carole Park.
The Transport Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and performance management of the Transport Allocator team to ensure the effective execution of all load planning and delivery operations.
You will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to Allocators to ensure delivery schedules are executed, fleet utilisation is maximised, and all customer service and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively executes the daily load and route plans across all deliveries
Supported, trained, and held accountable to their role requirements and KPIs
All operational issues are escalated, managed, and resolved in a timely manner
Load planning aligns with contractual service requirements and operational capabilities
Fleet utilisation, driver allocation, and route efficiency are optimised daily
All system data (FMS / client systems) is accurate, complete, and updated in real time
Communication between Allocators, drivers, contractors, and clients is clear and proactive
Safety, Fatigue Management, and Chain of Responsibility obligations are adhered toAssist in all areas in your work environment.
Ensure all fleet is compliant and the service schedule is adhered to
Shifts Available
AM Shift – Carole Park: 7:00 am start
What You'll Need
Minimum two (2) years’ experience within a similar position or Minimum of three (3) years within the transport & 3PL operations,
Driver’s License (Car),
Accreditation or willingness to obtain- Chain of Responsibility
Accreditation or willingness to obtain- Fatigue Management
Proven experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet allocation
Previous experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
Strong understanding of transport scheduling, routing, and fleet utilisation
Ability to coach, guide, and develop team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
