About the Role- Senior Airfreight Operator
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Airfreight Operator to deliver national airfreight solutions. 

• Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
• Serve as a primary contact, liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, rapid problem-solving, and thorough follow-up
• Proactively resolve shipment issues, escalating when necessary to maintain on-time performance
• Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP.

The Successful Applicant should Demonstrate;

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder.
• Senior Airfreight Operator experience
• Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous.
