Your the Role - Senior Export Operator

• Organize workplace information.
• Exercise initiative in a business environment.

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer contact.
• Follow security and emergency procedures.

• Organize the international transfer of freight.
• Be aware of, and apply all statutory requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective workplace relations.
• Follow and maintain operational and quality procedures.

• Provide information to clients and suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior Export Operator experience ideally within the international freight forwarding industry
• Exposure to industry software and proven excel skills would also assist your application.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confident in conflict resolution
• Advanced negotiation and relationship skills
• High level customer service skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
