Your new role- Import Operations Coordinator
Join our Melbourne team as an Import Operations Coordinator and play a key role in supporting customers with their import needs. You’ll manage the full process of import operations while working closely with a supportive national team in a busy, customer-focused environment.

• Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing)
• Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners
• Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
• Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers
• Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties
• Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you MUST possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder.
• Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
• Import Operations Coordinator experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous.
• Adaptable, organised, and able to meet deadlines
