PM Supervisor - Wetherill Park | $90,000 + Super
 
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for transport operations? We're looking for a PM Supervisor to oversee evening logistics operations in Wetherill Park, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transport services while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
 
As the PM Supervisor, you will take ownership of the daily coordination of transport operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound freight, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of compliance and safety.
 
About the Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely and safe movement of goods
• Manage shift resources efficiently to meet operational targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations
• Lead, support, and develop the PM shift team, including performance management and onboarding
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting, and communicate operational issues to drive improvements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in transport and logistics
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and operational procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems
