The Role
We’re seeking an experienced AM Supervisor to oversee morning transport operations in Stapylton. This hands-on role will see you managing freight flow, shift resources, compliance, and team performance while ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely and safe movement of goods
• Manage shift resources efficiently to meet operational targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Lead, support, and develop the AM shift team, including onboarding and performance management
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate reporting and communicate operational issues to drive improvements

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and operational procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems
