About the Role We’re currently recruiting a
Compliance Officer to join the team on-site at Carole Park.
This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring compliance standards are upheld every day across NHVAS, HVNL, CoR, fatigue management, and WHS.
You’ll be embedded in the heart of the business, working side-by-side with drivers, contractors, customers, and internal teams to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and build a culture of accountability and safety.

Key Responsibilities - Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with NHVAS, HVNL, CoR, fatigue, and WHS obligations
- Engage directly with drivers, contractors, and customers to foster a culture of safety and compliance
- Investigate and close out incidents, breaches, and near-misses effectively
- Onboard and pre-qualify subcontractors to meet company standards
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and one-on-one coaching
- Identify risks and implement practical, proactive solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in operational compliance, safety, or transport operations within the logistics industry
- Working knowledge of HVNL, CoR, fatigue management, maintenance, and WHS
- Confident communicator who can engage and influence at all levels
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and take initiative
- Resilient and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
- Certificate-level qualifications in a relevant field (preferred) and a current driver’s licence
