We are working with a large Environmental Services organisation who has a  diverse portfolio of projects in the pipeline. 

As the Lead Business Systems Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a new business systems strategy. You will be responsible for delivering value to the business by leading a highly motivated team of 5, providing expert guidance and mentorship in a fast-paced, complex environment

To be successful in this role, you’ll have an extensive Business Analyst background, together with 6+ years experience in a management/team leadership capacity.

This experience should include a demonstrated ability to lead Business Analyst teams, with a deep working knowledge and understanding in:

• Leading and architecting business systems strategies
• Team leadership with proven ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
• The implementation and roll-out of applications and software (D365 FinOps preferred)
• Business process mapping
• Technical specification and business case writing
• Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Recommendation and implementation of best practice methods
