AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Leading Hand (Auto Electrician) for their workshop in Mackay.

The Role: 
The Leading Hand will be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 Auto Electricians at their workshop working on Heavy Mobile Equipment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Auto Electricians in daily task and projects
• Assist with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on mobile plant equipment
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team

Qualifications:

• CAT Experience preferred 
• Australian recognised Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Full working rights in Australia

• Monday to Friday roster
• Local Mackay based role (home every night)
• Negotiable salary / rate
