Autonomy & Asset Management Group (AAMG) is a Queensland-based company providing vital support to the mining and resources industry through our expertise in autonomy and asset management. We offer a range of services, including Automation and Technology, Asset Management, Skilled Trades, and Technical Placements, all designed to support large-scale projects using the latest OEM equipment.

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Tyre Fitters to join our maintenance teams in the Bowen Basin. Multiple sites are available for this exciting opportunity.

As a Tyre Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of tyres on heavy mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove and fit OTR mining tyres and wheels, perform wheel rotations, conduct pressure checks, and record tyre usage data
• Initiate proactive actions to prevent equipment non-conformance
• Identify, document, and provide solutions for any equipment quality issues
• Work in alignment with site-specific procedures and safety standards

Skills & Experience Required:

• Certificate II in Tyre Fitting (essential)
• Valid manual Driver’s License
• Prior experience in a similar role within the mining industry
• Current Coal Medical & Standard 11
