AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Mechanical Fitter/Leading Hand for their new workshop in Brisbane.   

The Role: 
The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for the assembly, refurbishment, and maintenance of heavy mining equipment including Komatsu 830E & 930E fleets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assembly, refurbishment, and maintenance of heavy mining equipment
• Performing routine inspections
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical components and assemblies
• Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting ways to enhance equipment performance

Qualifications:

• Trade-qualified fitter
• HME experience 830E & 930E final drive rebuild desirable
