Autonomy & Asset Management Group is a Queensland based business supporting the mining/resources industry in autonomy and asset management. We provide a range of services that include Automation and Technology, Asset Management, Skilled Trades and Technical Placements to support large-scale projects working on a range of the latest OEM equipment.  We're seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer - (Governance) to join the team our clients coal mining operation in central Bowen Basin.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance department to execute various projects from end to end with a focus on Governance within the business.

Within this role you will be responsible for: 

• Corporate Governance of all HME Assets
• Monitoring plant condition on the ageing assets
• Develop maintenance strategies for all HME 
• Identifying unreliable plant
• Provide technical advice

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer Degree
• 12+ months experience working in a site based mechanical engineer role focused on mining plant reliability
• Demonstrated experience with Heavy Mining Equipment
• Advanced Microsoft & Excel skills
• SAP experience would be highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and work on various projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
