Field Technician | 7/7 Roster 
 
AAMG is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our growing team. This permanent opportunity will see you deployed across multiple projects and mine sites, delivering industry-leading technology and communications solutions within mining and heavy industrial environments.

The Role
As an AAMG Field Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial technology systems
• Vehicle and heavy mobile equipment technology fit-outs
• Installation and termination of communications and electrical systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and system testing
• Supporting commissioning teams during project rollouts
• Working safely and effectively within remote and site-based environments

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A trade qualification in Auto Electrical, Communications, or a similar technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Experience installing, maintaining, or fault-finding electrical and/or telemetry systems
• The ability to work on remote mine sites
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• A current driver's licence
• The ability to obtain and maintain relevant site inductions, medicals, and police clearances

Highly Regarded

• Previous mining industry experience
• Experience with radio, networking, telemetry, or data communications systems
• Heavy mobile equipment technology experience
• Commissioning or system integration experience
• Current Working at Heights, Confined Space, and other site certifications
