AAMG currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the team based on site at Coppabella.

The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for providing effective administration support to the site team. Role:
9 day fortnight
Performing administrative tasks to support to the site team ensuring all information is captured accurately and in a timely manner
Update and maintain current Contractor Management System (CMS) with mandatory site requirements in line with the Safety dept
Manage site roster and accommodation allocation
Data for management end of month reports
Prepare and distribute daily pre-start minutes
About you:
Previous experience as a Site Administrator within a resources or construction industry preferred
MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
SAP and Power BI experience
Accounts reconciliation
Demonstrated capacity to communicate at all levels within an organisation in a professional manner
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and also in a team environment
Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 - essential
