We’re now looking for a Technology Solutions Manager to lead our technology division – a hands-on, strategic role for someone ready to shape the future of industrial innovation in Australia.

The Role

As Technology Solutions Manager, you will head up our technology division, responsible for end-to-end management—from vision and strategy to solution delivery and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for a driven leader with a passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of the industries we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic growth of AAMG’s technology solutions aligned with company values and objectives.
• Own financial performance (P&L) of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor a skilled team of technology professionals, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Oversee the development and deployment of IoT asset tracking, telemetry, and monitoring technologies.
• Champion CRM system effectiveness to increase sales conversions and client engagement.
• Deliver successful project outcomes across timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain quality standards and stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Collaborate with internal divisions to offer integrated, client-focused solutions.

 What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or similar.
• 5+ years in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within mining, energy, or agriculture.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying IoT or remote monitoring solutions.
• Proven commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams.
• Solid project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Sharp strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving.
