AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor working at one of regional Queensland's biggest Mining Projects!  

The Role: 
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible leading the maintenance crews on-site looking after trucks, diggers, ancillary and light vehicles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in the safe and cost-effective maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
• Accurately document daily task and maintenance activities. 
• Build strong relationships and lead a high-performing, safety-focused team. 

Qualifications:

• Trade Qualification in Disel Fitting (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining.
• A strong track recording in leading safe, high-performing teams.
• Current G1, G8, G9 (S1, S2, S3) and G2.
• Valid Coal Board Medical & S11
