AAMG is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our growing Recruitment and Mobilisation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career across both blue and white collar mining recruitment, working alongside a team that values your development.

About the Role:

You’ll be hands-on with all things mobilisation and recruitment, helping to get our workforce ready for site. You’ll be involved in:

• Coordinating mobilisation and onboarding for new site employees
• Auditing employee documentation to ensure compliance
• Managing rosters, booking flights, vehicles, PPE, medicals & training
• Supporting recruiters with reference checks, resume formatting & compliance
• Regularly communicating with employees and site contacts
• General administration duties and support across departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in administration, mobilisation, or recruitment support
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Great communication skills – verbal, written, and phone manner
• A confident multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• A team player who’s eager to learn and grow

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience in mining, construction or high-volume recruitment
• A passion for delivering great candidate experiences
• A proactive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
