AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Planning Administrator for their Perth office.

The Role: 
The Planning Administrator will coordinate administrative function to support the maintenance planning department. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive management of invoicing for back charge, labour invoicing, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments.
• Management of work orders
• Completing daily, weekly and end of month reporting as required by the Maintenance Manager.
• Management of maintenance documentation such as Maintenance Services Down time calculators, monthly reports and asset registers. 
• Ensure effective communication of mobile maintenance activities to the management team, including status of current, overdue and future materials requirements. 

Qualifications/Experience:

• Certificate in Business administration (desirable)
• 5+ years experience in administration
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient using Microsoft suite & ERP CMMS systems
• Knowledge of heavy earth moving equipment (desirable)
