JOB SUMMARY
A client of ours is recruiting a Treasury Specialist to support payment execution, banking oversight and financial control processes across multiple entities. The position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring payment activity and supporting effective cash flow management within a fast moving global logistics environment.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

• Relevant qualification in Finance Accounting Treasury or similar
• Proven experience in a treasury payments or finance operations role
• Solid understanding of banking processes payments and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines within a multi entity environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be advantageous

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Prepare and execute supplier and operational payments across group entities
• Ensure payments follow approval limits and authorisation matrices
• Monitor upcoming payments and support cash flow visibility
• Oversee bank transactions bank accounts and payment status tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain banking documentation and mandates
• Process and maintain payment data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Ensure accurate vendor bank details and payment setup
• Support improvements to payment processes and financial controls
• Calculate and monitor company debit days and credit days to support cash flow management
• Act as a point of contact for payment related queries
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure documentation is complete
• Support audits and internal control requirements
