JOB SUMMARY
A client of EQ8 Recruit is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistency across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Our client operates within the logistics and project cargo sector, supporting international operations with a structured and compliance driven approach to people management.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

• Experience in HR administration or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions
• Nice to have experience supporting payroll and benefits administration
• Nice to have experience supporting performance appraisal processes

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Coordinating job postings, candidate screening, testing, and interview scheduling
• Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Maintaining updated job descriptions and role profiles
• Managing employee records and HR databases
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration with finance and local accounting teams
• Ensuring compliance with labour legislation and internal HR policies
• Acting as a point of contact for HR related queries
• Supporting performance appraisals, HR tools, training initiatives, and internal communications
• Supporting audits, ISO documentation, reporting, and data protection standards
