JOB SUMMARY
This is a rare opportunity for a driven individual to take the lead in building and transforming a key regional office within a global shipping group. Based in Oman, the Ships Agency Manager will take on a hands-on leadership role, overseeing port operations while instilling a performance-led culture within a transitioning team.

This role would suit someone ready to relocate, roll up their sleeves, and make a tangible impact -  not only operationally, but culturally. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of port services, managing stakeholder relationships (including JV partners), and driving business development in an evolving market. • Willingness to be hands-on across multiple functions, including marine services, surveying, and team development
• Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and commercial awareness, particularly in emerging or developing markets
• A high level of focus, dedication, and drive to deliver meaningful impact in this leadership role

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee port services operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support business development and promote local port services
• Ensure accurate financial processes and cost control
• Lead and train port teams for efficient service delivery
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
A market related salary based on the level of responsibility for this role as well as a relocation package is on offer.
