A world-class ship management company is seeking a Voyage Manager to drive voyage performance, reduce operational costs, and support commercial delivery on LNG carriers. Based in London, the role demands deep technical understanding, seafaring experience, and strong commercial acumen.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

• Experience as a Chief Officer or Master Mariner on LNG vessels is an advantage, with Q-Flex experience particularly beneficial
• Strong understanding of voyage performance metrics, fuel consumption, and CII
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, both ship and shore-based
• Ability to travel globally at short notice

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Acting as the first point of contact for voyage operations between ship, office, and charterer
• Analysing voyage performance, monitoring fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with TCP warranties
• Leading efficient deviation planning and voyage optimisation
• Maintaining accurate reporting and documentation for off-hire periods, GCU use, and CII performance
• Supporting internal commercial teams during charter-party discussions
• Contributing to emergency response support when required
