JOB SUMMARY
We are offering a 3-month fixed-term internship for a highly organised, detail-driven individual looking to gain practical experience in business administration and recruitment support.
This role provides exposure to recruitment within the shipping, maritime, logistics and energy solutions industries, making it ideal for someone interested in global trade, transport, and talent acquisition.
Successful candidates may transition into a full time team secretary/admin support role (including basic social media marketing) or, for those interested in sales-driven recruitment, a trainee recruitment consultant position, dependent on KPI performance.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

- Integrity, confidentiality & a strong work ethic.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Own high-speed WiFi (minimum 35mbps).
- Own Smart phone
- A company laptop will be provided
JOB DESCRIPTION The role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative & team support: CV formatting, CRM data entry, general company admin support.
- Recruitment & resourcing: CV screening, shortlisting candidates, interview coordination.
- Marketing & job advertising: Proofreading job posts, creating supporting visuals, managing job board listings.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE A market-related stipend is offered for this role, with a commission-based incentive based on performance.
