JOB SUMMARY
Leading and coordinating the Corrugator Department across the group, ensuring seamless integration of people, plant, processes, and systems to maximise productivity while maintaining exceptional product quality. 
   
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

• BSc in Engineering in the Mechanical or Electrical field 
• Graduate Engineer in mechanical or electrical field 
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• 10 years in a managerial role within the packaging or paper manufacturing industry

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Lead the execution of the Group Corrugator Strategy, aligning operational objectives with business goals.
• Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external service providers, including engineering, converting/corrugator, distribution, and warehousing.
• Manage and develop talent within the Group Corrugator Team, ensuring performance optimisation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean and World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles.
• Implement and enforce best maintenance practices, prioritising safety and operational efficiency.
• Optimise spare usage and maintenance costs across multiple sites.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), negotiating service terms and ensuring compliance.
• Utilise short interval control to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Lead projects focused on waste reduction, production enhancements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support organisational success.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
