Job Summary
As a Crew Coordinator and/or Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top-tier deck and engine crew for some of the most exclusive vessels in the world. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure all recruitment processes meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

The Successful Applicant
In order to be shortlisted for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

• Recruitment experience for deck and engine crew within the Cruise or Luxury Yacht sectors.
• Familiarity with international maritime laws and certification requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.

Job Description
The role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing and recruiting top-tier deck and engine crew for Cruise and Luxury Yacht clients.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Ensuring all crew certifications and documentation meet international compliance standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfil client requirements.
• Using recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance candidate outreach.

Remuneration Package
A market-related salary based on the level of responsibility for this role is on offer.
