JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory control, dispatching, and receiving stock. The role requires effective use of Warehouse Management Systems and a hands-on approach to meet operational goals.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
To be considered, candidates must possess:

• A valid F1 forklift license or higher.
• Matric certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience in the food and beverage FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing inventory control, including stock takes, put-aways, and cycle counts.
• Receiving stock into the warehouse and ensuring proper storage.
• Picking and preparing stock for dispatch and delivery.
• Operating the Warehouse Management System (Winfreight) and updating bin locations.
• Coordinating health and safety procedures in the warehouse.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
