JOB SUMMARY
As a Recruitment Officer, you will lead recruitment efforts tailored to the deck and engine departments of cruise vessels and luxury yachts. Your role focuses on sourcing top-tier talent, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and building strong client relationships.

Location: The successful candidate can be based at any of our clients offices in Europe, which include: Athens (Greece), London or Glasgow (UK), Hamburg (Germany), Antwerp (Belgium), Goes (Netherlands), or Riga (Latvia).

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

• Proven experience in recruitment for the maritime sector, particularly for cruise vessels and luxury mega-yachts.
• Expertise in sourcing and placing deck and engine crew for specialised roles.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and certification requirements.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in using social media and recruitment tools for talent acquisition.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet recruitment targets effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Recruitment Operations: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for deck and engine crew on cruise and luxury yachts.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Candidate Screening: Ensure all candidates meet certification and regulatory requirements.
• Social Media Management: Leverage platforms to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Documentation & Compliance: Authenticate and verify all candidate certifications and documentation.
