JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking to employ a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to manage evening shift operations from 15:00 to 23:30. The successful candidate will ensure all operational, safety, and housekeeping standards are met while supervising staff and managing warehouse systems effectively.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you have the following skills and experience, but not limited to:

• NQF Level 6 qualification.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Sound knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse management systems (Streamline experience advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities of the Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising and coordinating shift picking activities to ensure all orders are processed and ready for delivery.
• Addressing and troubleshooting stock discrepancies using Streamline.
• Monitoring and reporting on stock damages and productivity of staff.
• Communicating with MHE service providers and labor brokers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Managing warehouse housekeeping, safety standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Coaching, training, and leading work teams while managing discipline and replacement staff as required.
• Transporting staff and coordinating transport arrangements for non-standard routes.
