About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, as our new General Manager, Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand, strengthening our market position and drive engagement and growth across our services.
Role Responsibilities: - Lead a clear, values‑aligned marketing and communications strategy that supports organisational growth and brand trust.
- Oversee digital marketing, with contemporary expertise in Google Ads, SEO, paid media, social and HubSpot CRM.
- Drive B2C and B2B lead generation to support occupancy, referrer engagement and new service growth.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing, multidisciplinary marketing team and lift capability across the function.
- Strengthen internal communications to enhance employee experience and organisational alignment.
- Use data, insights and analytics to guide decision‑making and improve customer/referrer experience.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, brand guidelines, privacy requirements and ethical marketing practices.
About you: - Marketing leadership experience
- Experience in in disability organisation is a must
- Strong digital marketing capability, including managing in‑house digital execution.
- Proven ability to develop teams, build capability and lead with maturity, professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Commercial thinker with a human‑centred approach.
- CRM and automation experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Digital marketing expertise.
- Experience in working in a regulated environment.
