About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Lead (eLearning) to join our People & Culture team on a casual basis. This role will play a key part in designing, developing and maintaining high quality eLearning content that builds workforce capability across our organisation.
This is a flexible casual opportunity of approximately 15 hours per week, which can be structured across multiple days or around 2 days per week, to suit your availability. Hours must be worked during business hours, Monday to Friday.
About you
You are an experienced learning professional with a strong background in eLearning design and development, who enjoys working closely with subject matter experts to create engaging, accessible learning solutions.
You are comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes in a complex operational environment.
Experience in the disability, aged care or broader health sector (or similar clinical environments) will be highly regarded.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain engaging eLearning modules aligned to organisational capability needs.
- Develop learning solutions using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Work with internal subject matter experts to translate content into effective digital learning experiences.
- Apply best‑practice universal design and inclusive learning principles to support effective knowledge transfer and improved performance for all employees.
- Support learning needs analysis and contribute to the ongoing development of the organisational learning calendar.
- Evaluate and continuously improve eLearning content based on feedback and learning outcomes.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on eLearning design and development.
- Experience using authoring tools. particularly Articulate 360, Rise and Storyline (highly desirable).
- Experience with LMS, particularly ELMO
- Background in NDIS, disability, aged care, health, or a clinical/regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills as you’ll be working closely with several of SME’s including Clinical Nuse Educators and Quality and Safeguarding teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver high quality eLearning within limited hours.
