About the role:
This is not just a business partnering role — it is an opportunity to lift leaders’ capability, strengthen workforce practices, and shape the employee experience for a highly committed and diverse workforce.
As a People Performance Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders and GMs across our services, providing strategic and practical advice.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and practical HR advice across a broad portfolio of services
- Coach leaders in people management, ER/IR processes, and capability uplift
- Lead or support formal investigations and escalation pathways
- Drive performance and culture outcomes through targeted workforce interventions
- Guide managers in workforce planning, performance management, and compliance
- Support organisational reporting, audits, and accreditation activities
- Ensure alignment with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory obligations
- Partner respectfully with GMs and understand the broader organisational strategy
About you: - Significant HRBP/People Partner experience in complex, multi‑site environments
- Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations capability
- Deep understanding of awards, Fair Work, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in NDIS, Aged Care, Health, or other regulated sectors is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and operate with sound judgement
- Understanding of the Workers Compensation and Injury management framework
- Ability to coach leaders at all levels, including having challenging conversations
- Experience supporting frontline and dispersed workforces
