Purpose of the Clinical Care Coordinator
Based in North Ryde, the Clinical Service Coordinator will coordinate services and lead practice at a site level, providing supervision, on the ground role-modelling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to the clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your nursing expertise and management skills into a rewarding full time leadership role.
Monday to Friday - flexibility to work between 6am and 6pm to provide supervision to multiple shift time

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of aprox. 15 RN's and 20 AIN's
- Coordinate day to day operations of group homes including household accounts, staffing costs, and program activities.
- Initial escalation person for team members on site.
- Ensure all mandatory reports are provided on time.
- Drive Supported Independent Living development with team members.
- Ensure properties are maintained to appropriate standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need: - Current AHPRA Nursing registration.
- Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, principles of active support and human rights-based approach to service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite and online systems.
- Practical experience in achieving community inclusion.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
