About the role:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a busy and stablished recruitment team, initially on a 4-month contract.
As a TA Advisor you will provide assistance and guidance to the managers in Operations Division in attracting, sourcing, screening and selecting quality candidates in various frontline positions while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to filling approved vacant positions with new employees, volunteers, trainees or work placements.
- Source, screen and select candidates by utilising a variety of recruitment channels
- Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting the organisation’s culture and employee value propositions to attract candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide support throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by building relationships with potential candidates or external providers.
- Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute in various resourcing projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need - Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Sound knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations governing the disability sector is highly regarded.
