About the role:
Provide supervision, guidance and support to Supported Employees, empowering and enabling them to perform work tasks and achieve their employment and personal goals, as detailed in their Individual Employment Plans; whilst achieving commercial outcomes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday - chose your working pattern: 7:30am to 3:30pm OR 8am to 4pm
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and allocate tasks to supported employees.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure a safe environment to all.
- Ensure the timely provision of all mandatory reporting to meet the requirements of the Operations Manager.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, and other members of management to regularly review operational processes and procedures to develop and implement initiatives supporting the continuous improvement of service delivery.
- This is a hands on role in a very fast paced environment.
About you: - Warehouse experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience or ability to provide supervision to people with disability (training will be provided)
- Understanding or ability to learn of issues affecting people with disability and their families.
- High reach forklift licence is highly desirable
- Current First Aid certificate will be required for this role
