Role Responsibilities: 
As a Café All-Rounder, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing drinks.
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met.
• Support and mentor Supported Employees in daily café tasks, helping them develop their skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, following food safety and WHS regulations.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA required).
• Our venue is open for breakfast and lunch however some ad-hoc weekend and evening shifts will be required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Passion for hospitality and inclusion – A love for customer service and a desire to support people with disability in a workplace setting.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and First Aid Certificate.
• Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills – Patience and the ability to adapt your training style to different learning needs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to maintain compliance in a hospitality setting.
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude – Someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people.
