We're on the hunt for a Marketing and Communications Production Specialist who can manage the flow of exciting multimedia projects and events while keeping the fun alive in our dynamic marketing team.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney (North Ryde) with the option to work a few days from home. 

What you will do:

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for video, audio, digital, print, and event content.
• Keep the creative juices flowing by managing project workflows and deadlines.
• Collaborate with a talented team of marketing and communications pros to deliver bold, impactful campaigns.
• Innovate, streamline, and make magic happen in content production.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a marketing and communications team.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality marketing and communication materials across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of the production process for digital and print media.
• Comfortable and competent at producing compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Exceptionally resourceful - if you don't have the answer you go out and find it. You don't wait for someone to teach you, you teach yourself.
• A desire to work in a highly motivated and ambitious team where speed and agility are valued.
• Must have creative agency experience.
• Experience in event management.
