As part of our International Delivery Centre (IDC), you'll support some of New Zealand and Australia's most recognised organisations, working alongside a high-performing team that values collaboration, innovation, and results.
  
As a Senior Sourcing Partner at Hays, you'll take ownership of recruitment outcomes across high-volume and project-based hiring campaigns. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences while providing the pace, quality, and responsiveness our clients expect. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy being busy, love seeing outcomes through to completion, and take pride in building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  
This is a full time permanent role commencing immediately. You’ll be based in our Hays Auckland office or we are also considering remote workers across New Zealand.
  
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing a busy recruitment or sourcing desk, ideally within volume recruitment environments
• Strong experience delivering large-scale or project-based recruitment campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Outstanding communication, organisation, and prioritisation capabilities
• A passion for delivering market-leading candidate and hiring manager experiences
• The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• A positive, energetic personality that brings enthusiasm and resilience to the team
• A growth mindset and willingness to embrace new technology, AI-driven tools, automation, and evolving ways of working
